This is the perfect programme if you are new or returning to strength training. You’ll train twice a week (approx. 40-45min per session) over 8 weeks to quickly build a solid foundation of strength and improve your movement quality and reduce the likelihood of picking up injuries.

If you’re already familiar with strength training this is the programme for you. Over the 12 weeks, you’ll train twice a week and you will rapidly progress your strength, robustness and mobility. On top of this, you will also reduce your risk of injuries allowing you to train and race with consistency.
