Complete the "Let's Talk" form on this page so we can organise a call to talk through what option will work best for you. When we've had our initial call we agree a start date for your training.
The programme is completely individual and tailored to your needs. Whilst the plan will take into account your overall training volume, it won't duplicate sessions.
The plan will be adjusted to reflect what you are still able to do whilst you're away or we'll factor this into the overall plan so it's fits with a recovery / reload week.
With individual coaching the plan is only ever written in pencil. We have the flexibility to move sessions around to fit your diary should things change. The plan will be adjusted to reflect your availability, but also continue to ensure it has the right balance.
Not at all. The plan will be written to accommodate your races, some might be included as part of your overall training, whilst others might be considered "A" races which we build towards and taper for.
Each session plan is emailed to you via my coaching app "TrueCoach". You can access all upcoming and past session plans via the app. It is very intuitive to use and the workouts are presented in a clear and easy to follow format. Depending on what works best for you we will agree how you submit your results for each session. This will discussed as part of your initial consultation. It is often as simple as copying a link from your Garmin workout and pasting it to your session results.
The plans are provided on a rolling monthly contract. I ask that should you wish to cancel your coaching plan you provide only one months notice.
When everything is finalised I will send you a secure link to set up a monthly direct debit via GoCardless.
Yes, after our initial call I will send you the relevant forms to complete. This includes a health and medical questionnaire.
Yes, I already provide clients with run only specific plans. Arrange a call with me today to discuss your needs.
The simple answer is no you don't. My training programmes are tailored to the individual and their goals. I enjoying working with a wide mix of clients with varying levels of ability, and I believe one of my key strengths is my ability to tailor plans to fit the individual.

Absoultely, simply arrange a call back and we'll find the right training plan for you.
As you come towards the last few weeks of your training programme I will contact you via email to provide full details of the next steps you can take. There are options to continue with a progressive version of your current product on monthly basis or to switch to one of my other offerings.
Simply follow the prompts on the website to make your purchase. When the payment has been made I will contact you personally (within 24 hours) via email to finalise everything and agree the start date of your plan.
The plans can be adapted by you to fit with your goals and/or injuries etc, however, If you require a more tailored programme I would encourage you look at my individual coaching.
Every exercise is provided with an accompanying short video demonstration. You’ll be able to watch the video to make sure you have the correct technique and form for each exercise. Each video also has a brief description of the exercises key points.
Each plan is slightly different, some are provided via my coaching app and other via email/pdf. Please refer to the specific plan page you are interested in purchasing for full details.
Yes, once purchased it is your life! Please remember to store safely any pdf documents or emails you receive via the coaching app. NB. Please note that if your plan has been provided via TrueCoach, access to the app will stop when the plan period expires.
