If you’re already familiar with strength training this is the programme for you. Over the 12 weeks, you’ll train twice a week and you will rapidly progress your strength, robustness and mobility. On top of this, you will also reduce your risk of injuries allowing you to train and race with consistency.

The sessions can be completed at home with minimal equipment or in the gym utilising the standard equipment that is readily available, both versions will support your overall run &/or triathlon training.

Each session is provided by my coaching app and includes full video demonstrations and exercise descriptions. You’ll also receive the workouts via email so you can save this to refer back to in the future.

There’ll be no more guesswork with your strength training, this programme will ensure that you maximise the benefits of your hard work. Each session includes dynamic warm-up/mobility drills and has a full-body focus.
