This is the perfect programme if you are new or returning to strength training. You’ll train twice a week (approx. 40-45min per session) over 8 weeks to quickly build a solid foundation of strength, improve your movement quality and reduce the likelihood of picking up injuries.

The sessions can be completed at home with minimal equipment or in the gym utilising the standard equipment that is readily available, both versions will support your overall run or triathlon training.

Each session is provided by my coaching app and includes full video demonstrations and exercise descriptions. You’ll also receive the workouts via email so you can save this to refer back to in the future.

There’ll be no more guesswork with your strength training, this programme will ensure that you maximise the benefits of your hard work. Each session includes dynamic warm-up/mobility drills and has a full-body focus.
